take it or leave it

i don't see why you had to kick up sucha big fuss over something so minute.
but then again, maybe you're just being you.

you really amaze me at times. when i'm ready to think the worst of you, you just turn around and do something so utterly nice. then somehow i can't help wondering whether i did the right thing, all those weeks back. but it's long gone now, and i still think i did do the right thing.

you give me a twinge of hope. just a tiny one. but still, it's something.
